Talk to us about your part

Send a drawing, a model, or a description of what the part has to do. We come back with whether Cold Metal Fusion is the right process for it, which alloy fits, and what production looks like.

What to include

The application and operating environment, target quantity per year, and any material or tolerance requirements you already have. If you do not have a model yet, a description and a photo are enough to start.

Alloys we run

Stainless Steel 316L, Stainless Steel 17-4 PH, Tool Steel M2, Titanium Ti-6Al-4V, and Inconel 625. Custom alloy development is available if your requirement falls outside that list.

Volumes we run

From a first article through to 1,000,000 parts a year. There is no tooling, so the same process makes the prototype and the production run, and the price does not fall off a cliff at low volume.

What happens next

We review what you send and come back with process fit, alloy, and what production would look like. There is no cost to find out.
