Headmade develops the material and the technology and is explicit that it is not a series manufacturer of metal parts. That is where we come in. CADmore Metal takes it from a drawing to parts in your hand, or to a production line in your plant.

Evaluate your part

Send a drawing, a model, or a description of what the part has to do. We come back on whether Cold Metal Fusion fits, which alloy, and what production looks like. No cost to find out.

Design for sinter-based additive

Additive rewards parts designed for it. We handle design and optimisation for CMF, including finding where green part machining changes the cost of your part rather than just its geometry.

Part production

Green parts, brown parts, or finished metal parts. Prototypes through series, produced by us or alongside your existing service provider.

Bring it in-house

Cold Metal Fusion runs on standard SLS systems, standard debinding, and standard sintering furnaces from multiple suppliers, with no machine modification and no special software. A complete process chain starts around EUR 200,000 of capital and still produces several thousand parts a year. We handle specification, installation, parameters, handling and post-processing.
